①Basic Price

　　１visit：2,500JPY（up to２cats）about 1hour stay

　　Every cat over 2 cats require additional 500JPY per cat.

②Transportation Fee

• Round trip cost from Suginami-ku (Ogikubo station)

​

③Cat Card Creation

• １card　1,000JPY (only first time if no change from previous visit）

• 1 cat =1 card

​

④Disinfection Fee

From Aug. 2020, we will start charging 300JPY (per 1 request not 1 day but till 1-4times of sitting. Additional cost for more than 5times is required.) as disinfection costs.

​

⑤Option

• Round trip transportation fee is required if the key required hand returns.

• Letter pack plus (registered mail) requires additional 520JPY.(Postal charge will be changed by Japan Post）​

• Any special operation under emergency situation, additional charge will occur.

• Any special treatments such as taking your cats to a vet, giving medicine to your cats or monitoring by web camera will be charged additionally.

 

◇Payment

　　New clients will pay by cash at the initial meeting.

　　Existing clients can use money transfer.

      Sorry, No credit card is acceptable.

◇Cancellation Fee

• No charge for 2 days prior of the sitting starting day.

• 50% of total cost will be charged for 1 day prior cancellation from the sitting date.

• ​Cancellation on the sitting date will be charged 100% of total cost.
